 We start by thoroughly preparing the concrete surface to ensure a flawless finish. This includes grinding the floor to an industry-standard CSP3 profile, which creates the ideal texture for maximum epoxy adhesion. Using HEPA-filtered vacuums, we capture all dust and debris, leaving a clean, porous surface ready for coating application.

 Before installation, we carefully repair any pits, cracks, or imperfections in your concrete using premium-quality fillers and menders. This creates a smooth, durable foundation that ensures your new epoxy coating lasts and performs beautifully.

 We apply a 100% solid, industrial-grade epoxy basecoat expertly mixed for maximum durability and optimal mil-thickness. Using squeegees and rollers, the basecoat penetrates deep into the concrete, ensuring superior adhesion and providing a strong moisture barrier to protect your floor.

 While the epoxy basecoat is still wet, we broadcast decorative flakes to create a durable, seamless finish that mimics the look of granite or quartz. Applied at approximately 25 lbs per 100 sq. ft., these flakes enhance strength, impact resistance, and surface coverage. Choose from a variety of designer blends or customize your own unique look.

 After 4–5 hours, once the MVB epoxy basecoat is dry and tack-free, we carefully scrape off any excess flakes from the surface. Then, we thoroughly vacuum the floor to remove all loose flakes. This ensures a clean, smooth surface, ready for the final coat without any uneven texture or protrusions.

 The final step seals the decorative flakes, creating a durable, chemical-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface. We apply a 100% solids polyaspartic polyurea topcoat that provides a consistent, anti-slip “orange peel” texture. This premium coating offers superior chemical and abrasion resistance along with excellent UV stability for long-lasting beauty and performance.
